[Nubuck leather]

Himeji Leather provided us with a half-cut piece of arco-tanned leather at a monitor price, so we were able to create a long version of our long-awaited leather-wrapped carpet speaker.

It is cut from half a luxurious piece of cowhide, enough to cover a 3m long table.

The leather is a little thinner than before, and has a good balance of softness and firmness.

The inside of the leather is made of 100% wool carpet, which has moderate rigidity and excellent sound absorption.
In addition, leather has a large internal loss, and wrapping it around the instrument makes it more airtight and rigid, resulting in a tighter sound and increased bass.
It is probably unheard of to wrap something of this size in a single piece of leather.
The speaker cables are homemade using LAN cables.

The sound of the completed speaker has a clear, well-defined bass tone. The voice is also easier to hear. Finally, after removing the sound from the first prototype, the carpet speaker, which has been repeatedly tested for a long time, is now at a satisfactory level and is complete. From now on, we will work on commercializing it. This is the base specification.
