However, simply updating it, including insulation, would cost several million yen. Currently, there are other piping materials with superior performance, so we proposed this to the management company and adopted metal-reinforced polyethylene pipes with insulation. As a result, we were able to significantly reduce costs. (The ability to make proposals that are not bound by rulebooks is a job that only an architect can do.) The blue material on the window side is insulation, and the parts hidden under the floor were also insulated to prevent condensation.

3. Freedom of planning

If you use a skeleton plan, you can create a completely new plan. The complaints about the existing plan included "entering the master bedroom from the living room," "the entrance is dark," "the kitchen is closed off," and "there is not enough space around the bathroom." The new plan completely reconsiders the plan and resolves all of these issues.
