A new hub for fostering creativity at Takanawa Gateway

Following a design-build competition, JR East has issued a press release regarding the project within "TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY," for which our company is in charge of the overall design and is jointly designing and supervising with Daiichi Kensetsu Kogyo.

"We aim to create a cultural and artistic value creation ecosystem in which residents can act as co-creation partners to conduct cultural experiments and presentations in various fields around the city, including MoN Takanawa. We will develop rental housing and atelier facilities adjacent to MoN Takanawa (scheduled to open in 2027) for young creators and artists who will lead the next generation.
The concept is a CREATIVE CLUB "HOMEGROWN". We aim to become a "creative hub" where imaginative young creators, artists, students and other talents who will lead the future can gather and work.

We will continue to work diligently to create an environment that fosters the creativity of the next generation.
