|CONCEPT

The second installment of the DEUXFLE base series that I was previously involved in in Minami-Azabu. The purpose is to develop new land that has not been developed due to various regulations and conditions, and to create high value.
This project is located in Seijo, Setagaya Ward. This quiet site with an excellent living environment has strict regulations such as height restrictions and greening. Therefore, on this site, which is inefficient to develop as a condominium, we planned a multi-story row house that does not become a special building, and secured the maximum volume by using the underground space. The residential units consist of 4 floors, each consisting of 1st basement floor and 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, each consisting of maisonette dwelling units.
By adopting a RC wall structure, the interior space has no pillars or beams, providing residents with a rich and excellent living environment within a limited height.
In addition, by arranging the dwelling units at high density, there is enough space between neighboring properties compared to detached houses, creating an excellent environment not only for the residents but also for the neighborhood.
This project is a project that will lead to the creation of value as real estate, the improvement of living value, and the formation of a high-quality urban environment. We develop high-density land that could not be developed due to laws and ordinances, etc., and provide a rich and excellent space and living environment.
