Hokuriku Architectural Culture Award 2009 Awards Ceremony
Machiya Office won the Hokuriku Architectural Culture Award 2009 and attended the award ceremony.
I will tell you how the day went.
This photo shows the awards ceremony, and the co-designer, Toru Kashihara, is on the left.
The venue was Niigata Institute of Technology in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture.
It was commended at the Architectural Institute of Japan Hokuriku Branch Convention held on July 17th and 18th.
Peaceful scenery spreads out in the surroundings.
A view of the venue.
A shield given at the time of commendation.
After the award, I gave a presentation with co-designer Toru Kashihara. I used the data presented in Germany the other day as it is.
I am very honored to receive the evaluation from the judges that "the actual space is even more beautiful than the photos."
