Received the 2012 Good Design Award

"DEUXFLE base Minami Azabu" won the 2012 Good Design Award.
We built a multi-storied tenement housing complex on a site that had been left undeveloped to create new value. provided to residents.
The light from the sky was taken into the room in an open manner while considering privacy. The top floor has a floor height of approximately 4.3m, creating a space that continuously changes with the rooftop terrace and loft.
