Received the 2012 Good Design Award

"DEUXFLE base Minamiazabu" won the Good Design Award in 2012.
By constructing multi-story row houses on sites that had been left undeveloped, we have created new value and are providing residents with a high level of integration of elements such as abundant space, an excellent living environment, and high flexibility.
While respecting privacy, we have taken light from the sky into the open space. The top floor is 4.3m high, creating a space that flows seamlessly with the rooftop terrace and loft.
