Notice of EX opening

EX , which we have been planning for two years, is finally opening. It is an 8-story, 7,600m2 commercial facility located in the center of Chiba city.

The site faces a busy scramble intersection, and we aimed to create a core facility that would transform the streetscape in front of Chiba Station, which is becoming increasingly dilapidated.
The building's name "EX" was chosen to express the hope that this building will serve as a starting point for the development of the local area.
