Beams Open House

Two of the "Beams" condominium buildings that we designed and supervised in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture have been completed and we are holding an open house.
Timber framed houses use a structure called scissors truss for the roof structure, and by combining them three-dimensionally, they further increase their strength. Houses with climbing beams create large spaces by combining climbing beams, creating open-ceiling living/dining/kitchen areas and private rooms with high ceilings.
The concept is also to be able to flexibly accommodate a variety of lifestyles.
