Beams Open House

Two buildings of the condominium "Beams" designed and supervised in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture have been completed and an open house will be held.
A half-timbered house adopts a structure called a scissor truss for the roof frame, and further increases the bearing strength by combining three-dimensionally. The climbing beam house creates a large space by combining the climbing beams, creating an LDK with an atrium and a private room with a high ceiling.
In addition, the concept is to flexibly respond to various lifestyles.
