Hotel Magnet Atami
(Currently Rakuten STAY Atami)
The magnetic field that draws in the charm of Atami
A newly built hotel (currently Rakuten STAY Atami) overlooking Atami Sun Beach. It is in a great location right in front of the Atami fireworks festival. The hotel has been carefully designed architecturally to make the most of the view.
|Structural design that does not obstruct the ocean view
By using intermediate beams (almost reverse beams), none of the windows have visible beams, creating an open feel, allowing you to enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean from inside the room.
| Balcony design that doesn't block your view
By lowering the floor level of the terrace by one step and keeping the railing low, you can see through even when seated and the view is not obstructed. On the top floor terrace, a wooden counter on the inside of the glass railing gives the impression of floating in the air, creating a light and airy impression.
|The eaves are made of cypress wood, bringing warmth to the town
The eaves are made of Japanese cypress, and the soft look of the natural material adds a warmth to the town of Atami. When lit up at night, the texture of the wood is softly highlighted, making it a landmark of the coast.
| Shared space connected to the city
In the shared spaces on the first and second floors, the wooden eaves continue from the outside to the inside, creating a design that warmly welcomes visitors. By blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors, we aimed to create a comfortable space that is naturally connected to the city.
| All rooms have ocean views and comprehensive facilities
All rooms have balconies facing the sea, allowing you to privately enjoy the ocean views that change with the time and season. There is a natural hot spring bath in the basement and a suite on the top floor where you can enjoy teppanyaki, adding a variety of charm to your stay.
