DeuxFle Jiyugaoka

A complexly layered maisonette in Jiyugaoka

| A home with individuality and diversity that suits Jiyugaoka

DeuxFle Jiyugaoka is an apartment complex located in Jiyugaoka, a town dotted with unique shops and spaces, and aims to make the living space itself an "attractive spot in the town."
With its varied plan and three-dimensional structure, we aimed to create a space that offers discovery and excitement even in the midst of everyday life.

| 12 types of complexly layered flats

The spatial composition is a three-dimensional stacking of 12 different types of flats within a systematic structural plan.
The building includes many maisonette apartments, each with a different scale and structure, making it a flexible structure that can accommodate a variety of lifestyles.

| Core and structure that combines functionality and design

Core areas such as facilities and stairs are concentrated in a compact space, and shared areas are kept to a minimum.
On the exterior, Corten steel is used in the core section to create a visual accent, and H-shaped reinforced concrete columns are used to bear lateral forces, allowing the other columns to be flattened.
The result is a free and open living space that is not restricted by openings.

| Unique stocks that overlap with the city

The stacking of these diverse residential units with different personalities fosters the richness of the city while also proposing a way to contribute to the cultural appeal of the town of Jiyugaoka.
