Crevista Omori Nishi
Urban Studio Open to the Sky via Inverted Beams and Raised Terrace
| One-room design that opens to the sky
CREVISTA OMORINISHI is a condominium apartment that mainly offers studio apartments.
In order to ensure a good view while being surrounded by similarly sized buildings, we adopted an inverted beam structure and set the floor height of the terrace higher than the interior.
This allowed for a large opening to be created inside the room, right up to the ceiling, and beyond that is a raised terrace that draws the eye up to the sky.
We have created a comfortable living space where you can enjoy expansive views of the sky without having to worry about the hustle and bustle.
| A welcoming space created with materials and light
The entrance is constructed using Ryukyu limestone and weather-resistant steel sheets.
The ceiling is fitted with custom lighting, which we also installed, and the striped pattern created by the interference of light gives the space a soft movement.
| A façade that changes appearance over time
The exterior features a pattern created by combining white tiles of different textures, both glossy and matte.
The façade changes its appearance subtly depending on the time of day and weather, lending a quiet presence to the streetscape.
